The Robotics Exhibition is a platform for innovators, engineers, robotics enthusiasts, and makers to showcase their hardware prototypes, robotic systems, embedded solutions, and automation projects. Participants will demonstrate their creations before a panel of judges, industry experts, and fellow innovators, highlighting creativity, technical excellence, functionality, and real-world impact.
Whether your project focuses on Robotics, Embedded Systems, IoT Hardware, Automation, Smart Devices, Assistive Technology, or Electronics Innovation, this exhibition provides an opportunity to present your work, receive valuable feedback, network with like-minded innovators, and compete for recognition.
01. General Rules
- Teams may consist of 2–4 participants.
- All participants must carry a valid College ID card / School ID card.
- For school students (Team) participating in the exhibition, they must be accompanied by a guardian or a faculty.
- The decision of judges and coordinators shall be final and binding.
- No refund will be provided after successful registration.
- Participants must report to the venue before their scheduled time.
02. Safety Regulations
- All projects/prototypes must pass a safety inspection before exhibiting.
- Battery terminals and power supplies must be properly insulated.
- Exposed wiring and unsafe/hazardous components are strictly prohibited.
- Organizers reserve the right to reject any project considered unsafe.
